7-day Claude Code bootcamp + retreat · Haad Yao, Koh Phangan
From $1,200 / week · all-inclusive · 10 cohorts · Oct – Dec 2026
Seven days on the west coast of Koh Phangan, six other people building at the same table, and nothing on the calendar that isn't your product. The sea is forty metres from the desk. That isn't a perk — it's the reason the work goes faster.
The sun lands in front of the house. Everyone stops. Nobody planned that part.
Ko Pha-ngan faces west here, which is the whole reason the meditation sits at half six.
Two build blocks a day, bracketed by things that move your body. Nobody codes for fourteen hours here — that's how weeks get wasted. You work hard between nine and four, and the island takes the rest.
Every one of these is in the price. None of them is a bolt-on wellness upsell — they are the schedule. Builders who move ship more than builders who don't, and after twenty cohorts we stopped treating that as a coincidence.
Ninety minutes on the deck, six mornings out of seven. Vinyasa and yin, taught by a shala teacher who has lived on the island for a decade. Beginners welcome — half the room is one.
Five afternoons at a working Thai gym two minutes up the road. Wraps, pads, clinch drills, conditioning. Thai trainers who teach tourists and fighters with the same patience.
Haad Yao is a shallow, calm, west-facing bay — you can walk out a hundred metres. Midday swim after lunch, a longer one on the free afternoon. Snorkels and fins live in the house.
Thirty minutes on the sand, every evening, as the light goes. Guided breathwork the first three nights, then silence. The one habit most people take home and keep.
"You have an idea that's been sitting still for months. By Friday it's deployed, it's yours, and you built it — no prior code required."
"You already know what you're building. This week you stop doing it slowly. Agents take the repetitive work. You make the calls."
Koh Phangan has two reputations and only one of them is deserved. Haad Yao sits on the far west shore — a long shallow bay, jungle hills behind it, and a sunset that lands directly in front of the house every evening at around 18:40.
The villa is up the slope with the whole bay in view. Open-air deck for the build blocks, seven rooms, a kitchen that cooks Thai food three times a day, and cold water that actually runs cold. Starlink backs up the fiber, because a week is too short to lose an afternoon to a dropped connection.
Same laptop you brought. Different week entirely.
Three hours, guided, on your own product. Then lunch, then the water.
We don't survey the ecosystem. You learn one stack properly, ship on it by Friday, and keep using it on Monday morning at home.
Writes and refactors while you steer. You leave with your own CLAUDE.md, project rules, and a loop that actually works.
Postgres, auth, storage, and row-level security set up so the wrong person can't read the wrong row. Not a toy database.
Products, prices, checkout, and webhooks that unlock access when payment clears. Tested with a real card before you leave.
Connected to your GitHub, deployed to your own domain. Push to main and it ships. No more "works on my laptop."
Founding-cohort pricing — the lowest this will ever be. Ten cohorts running weekly, October to December 2026. Seven beds each. Everything below is included: the room, all meals, yoga, Muay Thai, meditation, and the full Claude Code program.
Weekly, Sunday to Friday, October through December 2026. Four Beginner beds and three Builder beds per week. When a week fills, it's gone — we don't add mattresses.
You came here because you have something to build. Seven days on the west coast of Koh Phangan is long enough to ship it — first commit to live URL — alongside six other people doing exactly the same thing, in the same room, with the same sea outside it.
New to Claude Code, or still shaping the idea? Take the Beginner track. Nobody arrives here fluent, and the four Beginner beds exist precisely for that.
Choose the cohort that fits your dates. Seven beds only, and no waitlist theatre.
The form takes about five minutes. One paragraph about your idea is plenty.
We reply within 48 hours with a Stripe link for the deposit. Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
You'll have a URL by now. Go swim.
Seven beds a week, ten weeks, then the house rests for the season. Pick a week and bring the thing you've been meaning to finish.
