This is a template with plausible numbers in it, not legal advice and not a policy anyone has agreed to. Thai consumer law, your payment processor's rules and your own insurance all have opinions about what belongs here. Have someone qualified read it before you take a single payment, then delete this box and set a real date above.
What you're paying for
A bed at Claude Camp Koh Phangan for one seven-day cohort, from the Sunday arrival to the Friday departure printed on your booking. The price covers accommodation, all meals, daily yoga, five Muay Thai sessions, evening meditation, the full Claude Code programme and the island transfer from Thong Sala pier.
It does not cover flights, the ferry to the island on the Standard tier, travel insurance, visa costs, your Claude subscription, or the small cloud usage charges you may incur while building.
Payment
- Payment is taken in full at the time of booking, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Your bed is held for 30 minutes while you complete checkout. If you don't finish, the hold is released automatically and nothing is charged.
- Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may apply its own conversion and fees, which we don't control and can't refund.
If you cancel
Measured from the first day of your cohort.

Refunds return to the card you paid with and take five to ten working days to appear.
If you want to move weeks
One free transfer to another cohort in the same season, provided you give more than 30 days' notice and the week you want has a bed. Ask us before you book flights. Later transfers depend on whether we can resell your original bed.
If we cancel
A cohort needs a minimum number of bookings to run. If we cancel for that reason, or for any other reason within our control, you get a full refund including the administration fee, or a transfer to any future cohort — your choice.
We are not able to refund flights, and we can't compensate for travel booked around a cancelled cohort. This is exactly what travel insurance is for, which is why the next section exists.
Insurance is on you
Travel insurance is required. It should cover trip cancellation, medical treatment in Thailand, and repatriation. Muay Thai training counts as a contact sport under most policies and is frequently excluded by default — check yours specifically, and add the cover if you need it. Training is optional, and you take part at your own risk.
Things outside anyone's control
Storms, ferry cancellations, border closures, illness in the house, and similar events can disrupt a cohort. Where that happens we will offer a transfer or a credit rather than a cash refund, and we'll tell you as early as we know. Koh Phangan is an island — occasionally the sea decides the schedule.
Your work is yours
Everything you build during the week belongs to you: the code, the repository, the domain, the accounts, the product. We claim no ownership, no licence and no revenue share. We may ask permission to mention what you shipped — and if you say no, that's the end of it.
Your data
We store your name, email, and whatever you tell us about your project, so we can run the cohort and contact you about it. Payment data lives with Stripe, not with us. We don't sell anything to anybody. Ask us and we'll delete your record once your cohort has finished and the refund window has closed.
